2. Electronic Components Usage Disclaimer
Many electronic parts (microcontrollers, raw battery cells, laser diodes, SMD chips) are intended for educational, research, or prototyping usage by individuals knowledgeable in circuit assembly. Roboarc is not liable for damages caused by incorrect wiring, reversed polarity, or over-voltage application.
3. Pricing and GST Invoicing
All listed prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Indian laws. Tax invoices are automatically generated upon payment confirmation.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled prior to warehouse dispatch by contacting customer support at +91 98765 43210 or submitting a support ticket. Once handed over to the courier partner, cancellation is not possible.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
